Eskom is offering an exciting opportunity for suitably qualified graduates to join the Graduates in Training (GIT) programme in the Safety Department. The programme provides structured institutional and on-the-job training to equip graduates with practical skills and professional exposure in the field of Safety Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in Human Capital functions and initiatives across the business unit
• Contribute to Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) compliance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Human Resources function
• Assist in implementing and monitoring HR processes and projects
• Support the team in achieving Human Capital goals and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/Postgraduate Degree in Industrial Psychology
